    Floorplans

    Building plans drawn by a search. Describe a lot and the rooms you want, and it lays out options for you: walls, doors, windows, stairs, structure and systems placed and checked against the 2021 IRC or IBC. Houses, apartments, offices, whole neighborhoods and a few famous buildings.

    Who it's for

    Architects and designers
    A quick mockup of what fits a lot, with the code checked, a drawing set and a model for Revit or ArchiCAD.
    Artists and illustrators
    Plans, elevations and 3/4 views in black and white, color or blueprint, and rendered 3D views.
    Games and interactive media
    Download it as GLB: a mesh per element in its colors, a group per floor, for Unity, Unreal, Godot or Blender.
    Hobbyists and 3D printing
    Houses, towers, neighborhoods and famous buildings from the pyramids to the Colosseum. Download one as STL, scaled to fit a printer.

    Start

    1. Pick a building under Start from a building, or add one with + on the left. A project (its tile at the top left) keeps several buildings, in this browser.
    2. Change what you like: pick a size on the left (lot, building, room) to see everything you can set there, under its aspects (plan, structure, envelope, systems, context; the bar along the bottom jumps to each), then press Generate.
    3. Click an option to open its sheets: plans, elevations, sections, the 3D model and the code report. Download saves a sheet, the set as a PDF, the plan, or the 3D model (IFC, GLB, STL).
