Building plans drawn by a search. Take a lot from the town and say the rooms you want, and it lays out the best plan it finds: walls, doors, windows, stairs, structure and systems placed and checked against the 2021 IRC or IBC. Houses, apartments, offices, whole neighborhoods and a few famous buildings.

Completely free for now. Every feature, no account needed.

Who it's for

Architects and designers: A quick mockup of what fits a lot, with the code checked, a drawing set and a model for Revit or ArchiCAD.
Artists and illustrators: Plans, elevations and 3/4 views in black and white, color or blueprint, and rendered 3D views.
Games and interactive media: Download it as GLB: a mesh per element in its colors, a group per floor, for Unity, Unreal, Godot or Blender.
Hobbyists and 3D printing: Houses, towers, neighborhoods and famous buildings from the pyramids to the Colosseum. Download one as STL, scaled to fit a printer.

Start

Pick a lot in the town, then Take into the studio: its building, as the town made it, is yours to change, or put another on it (B, or the starters). A project (its tile at the top left) keeps its town and the lots you took in this browser; Generate town lays out a town of its own.
Change what you like in the panel on the right: a lot, a building or a room. Each change searches again on its own; Generate this lot searches it again (the Queue sets the effort and search): a better plan takes its place, and All settings sets any key by hand.
Its plan is along the bottom, standing on the lot. Drawings opens its sheets, Analysis its code report and trade-offs; JSON, IFC, GLB and STL save the plan and the model.
